Dress
Code

Shirts: Both
boys and girls are required to wear a light blue polo shirt with the
Saint Monica logo. Polo shirts may be long or short sleeve.
Pants for both boys
and girls: Plain, dark navy blue dress pants. Pants may not have
elastic at the ankles, extra pockets, or markings of any kind.
Belts:
Both boys and girls in grades 4 through 8 are required to wear a belt
with pants or shorts. Belts must be plain navy, brown, or black.
Girls' Skirts:
Dark navy blue pleated skirts. For girls in Kindergarten through
8th grade.
Girls' Jumper:
Plain, dark navy blue. For girls in grades Kindergarten through 3rd
grade.
Sweaters: May
only be solid dark navy blue. May be monogrammed with the Saint Monica
logo. Sweaters are to be worn over the polo shirt.
Sweatshirts:
Navy blue Saint Monica sweatshirts only. These are purchased through the
school in May and December. Sweatshirts may be worn with the uniform
over the polo shirt.
Socks: Socks
must be solid navy or white. No markings or lace is allowed. Socks must
be above the ankle.
Shorts: Both
boys and girls may wear plain, dark, navy blue shorts. Shorts may be
worn from the beginning of school through October 31, and the first day
following Easter Sunday through the end of the school year. Shorts must
be no more than 1" above or below the knee.
Skorts: For all
girls must be plain, dark navy blue. Skorts may only be worn during the
same time period that shorts are worn.
Shoes: When
wearing the school uniform pants, jumper, or skirt, dress shoes must be
worn. This includes loafers, saddle shoes, oxfords, or walking shoes.
These must be black, navy, brown, tan, or the black & white saddle shoe.
Soles must be of the non-skid rubber sole. Shoes cannot have a heel
height of over 2 inches.
Physical Education
Attire: Navy sweatshorts or sweatpants with the school logo. Navy
T-shirts, long or short sleeve, with the school logo. Sweatshirts, with
the school logo, may be worn over the T-shirt. All students may wear the
P.E. clothing to school in place of the regular school uniform on the
designated P.E. day.
